WHO QUALIFIES
THROUGH PROPERTY?

To qualify for a Golden Visa through property, you must own real estate in the UAE with a minimum value of AED 2 million. The property can be ready or off-plan, and it can be mortgaged — provided the equity held meets the threshold. A single property or a combination of properties can be used. The property must be in your name and registered with the DLD.

PROPERTIES
