When a buyer is secured and a price agreed, both parties sign a Memorandum of Understanding — the MOU — along with a ten percent
deposit from the buyer. You then apply to your developer for a No Objection Certificate, confirming no outstanding service charges or liabilities on the unit. This typically takes five to ten working days.
Once the NOC is issued, both parties attend the Dubai Land Department to complete the title deed transfer. At that point, the balance is settled and the property officially changes hands. From listing to transfer, a well-run sale typically completes within four to eight weeks — and we manage every step of that journey for you.
